Moving from Preservation to Purpose

My Dearest Daughters,

We have walked a long road, from the beauty of the Garden to the quiet, waiting season of the Ark. And now, we reach the most beautiful part of Noah’s journey: The New Beginning.

When Noah stepped out of the Ark, he didn't step into the world he left behind. Everything had changed. It can be scary to step out into a "new world" after you have been through a storm. You might wonder, “Will the waters come back? Can I really start over?” But Genesis 9 teaches us the greatest truth of all: God does not just remember you during the storm; He remembers you after the storm.

1. God Remembers You with a Blessing When Noah stepped out, God didn't give him a lecture on what he did wrong. He gave him a blessing. God’s heart isn't just to rescue you from your troubles; it is to crown your life with favor. If you have lost things in your "flood"—opportunities, time, or dreams—know that God is the God of the New Season. He preserved you because He isn't finished with you yet.

2. Your Purpose Survived the Flood Do you know what God said to Noah? The exact same thing He said to Adam: "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth." The flood didn't cancel God’s plan! My loves, the "floods" in your life—your mistakes, your delays, or your disappointments—cannot cancel your calling. You were created for a purpose, and that purpose is still waiting for you on the other side of your trial.

3. The Covenant of the Rainbow God knew that after seeing the destruction of the flood, Noah might live in fear of the clouds. So, He gave a Covenant—a binding promise—and a Sign: the rainbow.

  • The Sign is for You: God put the rainbow in the sky because He knows we are forgetful. We are quick to remember our pain and slow to remember His faithfulness. Every time you see a "rainbow"—a closed door that became an opening, a prayer He answered, a time He provided for you—let it remind you: God has not forgotten me.

4. The Generational Impact Noah’s obedience didn't just save him; it saved his family for perpetual generations. Your faith is a seed. When you choose to walk with God today, you are building a foundation of protection and blessing for your future, your children, and everyone who comes after you.

🛡️ Mum Tips: Walking in Your New Season

  • Identify Your Personal "Rainbows": Make a list of three times God has been faithful to you in the past. Keep that list in your Bible or journal. When the next "cloudy day" comes, read it. It will build your faith for what He is doing next.

  • Stop Looking for the Flood: You don't have to live in fear of the storm coming back. God made a covenant! You are secure in His protection. Shift your focus from fear of the past to anticipation of the future.

  • Step Out with Purpose: You have been preserved for a reason. Ask God today: "Lord, I am out of the Ark. What is the assignment You have for me in this new season?"

💭 Reflection Questions

  1. Noah had to step out of the Ark into the unknown. What is one "unknown" thing you are facing right now where you need to trust that God is with you?

  2. God’s purpose for humanity survived the flood. What is one "God-dream" or purpose you have that you thought was destroyed, but might actually still be alive?

  3. The rainbow is a reminder of God's faithfulness. What is the "rainbow" in your life—the evidence of His goodness that you can point to right now?

A Final Word

My beautiful daughters, you have been preserved, you are loved, and you are remembered. The storm was not your end; it was your preparation. God has not forgotten His promises to you. He is leading you out of the Ark and into a land of fruitfulness and multiplication.

Carry your crown, walk in your identity, and always look for the rainbow—it is the signature of a God who keeps His promises to you, forever.

This concludes our journey through the beginnings of the Kingdom. You are fully equipped, deeply loved, and perfectly planned. Go and be the royal daughters you were created to be!
